You will be allocated a dedicated independent DPO who will manage your compliance journey; ensuring that you meet your objectives as identified within your tailored RGDP compliance plan, which we will provide. This will be achieved through regular meetings with you according to your requirements. Tasks will be identified during these meetings, based on the plan, and work progressed thereafter.
Not only will you have your named DPO available, but of course our whole team are able to assist as required.
The service will be individually tailored to suit your organisation’s needs and may include:
- Data protection reviews to identify current data protection risks and priorities
- Regular DPO meetings, with frequency as agreed based on requirements
- Monitoring your Record of Processing
- Inform and advise you of your obligations under the legislation
- Monitor your compliance with data protection laws
- Drafting relevant policies and procedures
- Delivery of staff training, and raising of awareness, including reporting at the most-senior management level
- Breach management
- Data Subjects Rights advice
- Advising regarding DPIAs
- Co-operating and acting as the point of contact with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
